Who can use Alora

You must be 18 or over. Keep your account details accurate and your password private. You are responsible for everything done with your account, including by editors and teammates you invite.

Your content

Everything you upload or make with Alora stays yours. You give us permission to store, process, edit and post it only to do what you ask Alora to do. You must have the rights to anything you upload, and you must not upload anything illegal, hateful, or that breaks another person's rights or a platform's rules.

Alora's suggestions

Alora writes ideas, scripts and captions and edits video with AI. AI can get things wrong, so check everything before it goes out. Nothing is posted without your approval. We can't promise views, followers or income.

Connected platforms

Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube are run by other companies with their own rules. If they change what they allow, go down, or limit your account, that is outside our control. You can disconnect any of them at any time.

Plans and payment

• Plans are paid monthly. The price and what's included are shown before you pay.
• Your plan renews every month on the same date until you cancel. Payments are taken by Stripe.
• Idea, script and chat help are unlimited for normal use. We may slow things down if an account uses Alora far beyond what a creator normally would, to keep it working for everyone.
• If we change your price, we email you at least 30 days before it applies. You can cancel before then.
• If a payment fails, we try again over the next two weeks. If it still hasn't gone through after 14 days, your plan pauses until it's paid.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time: open Billing on your Profile page and press Go to the website. You keep everything until the end of the month you paid for, then your plan stops and you are not charged again.

Payments are not refunded, including for part of a month or for edits you didn't use. If we charged you by mistake, for example twice or after you cancelled, we refund it in full. The details are on our cancelling and refunds page.

What you must not do

• Share your account or sell access to Alora.
• Try to break into, copy, overload or take apart Alora.
• Use Alora to spam, mislead, harass or impersonate anyone.
• Use Alora for anything illegal.

Changes, pauses and closing accounts

We are always improving Alora, so features may change. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people or Alora at risk; where we can, we tell you first. You can stop using Alora and delete your account at any time.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Alora running, but it is provided as it is, and it may sometimes be down or have mistakes. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost income, followers or opportunities, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have by law that can't be removed.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. For important changes, we email you at least 14 days before they apply. If you keep using Alora after that, the new terms apply.

Law and contact
